FAQ

More in our full FAQ.

Which app do the cameras use?

Each camera works with its manufacturer's free companion app for iOS and Android. Species identification and live viewing work without a paid plan.

Will it work with my WiFi?

It needs a 2.4GHz network and a smartphone. Most cameras of this type do not support 5GHz.

How accurate is species identification?

Good on common garden birds in clear light, less reliable in poor light or with look-alike species. Treat it as a well-informed suggestion.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

Free shipping on every order to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates. US delivery typically 3–7 business days; international typically 7–21.

What if it's not right?

30 days from delivery for a full refund, no restocking fee. Every product carries a one-year warranty against defects. Refund policy.
