Before you call about setup
Most first-time issues are one of three things: the camera needs a 2.4GHz WiFi network rather than 5GHz, the feeder is too far from the router, or the solar panel is mounted somewhere that never gets direct sun. If none of those is it, call us and we'll work through it with you.
