Who we are
perchmont.com is operated by ESIM4HOLIDAY Limited Liability Company, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as Perchmont, with its principal office at 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, Suite 5521, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. Email hello@perchmont.com, phone +1 929 604 7180.
Perchmont is an independent retailer. We do not manufacture the products we sell; we select them from established manufacturers and handle orders, returns and warranty claims ourselves.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if pricing was incorrect, or if we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full if we do.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in your selected currency. Any applicable sales tax, and the total you will pay, are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on every order. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.
Shipping
Set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Photographs are illustrative and colours may vary between screens. Specifications may change as manufacturers update products.
Our cameras require a 2.4GHz WiFi network, a smartphone, and the manufacturer's free companion app. It is your responsibility to check compatibility before ordering.
Automatic species identification is provided as an aid and is not guaranteed to be accurate in every case.
Returns and warranty
Set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial purposes without permission.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the Perchmont name — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent. Product names and trademarks of manufacturers belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
